There are great tax advantages to having an LLC and/or PLLC. I will form a limited liability company (LLC) for your real estate company or a professional limited liability company (PLLC) for individual licensees (i.e., designated broker, associate broker or salesperson). These entities are not the same as other LLC’s or PLLCs and must be drafted properly or the Arizona Department of Real Estate will not approve the LLC or PLLC as a licensed entity.

Every LLC and PLLC must have a statutory agent who is authorized to receive service of process for the LLC or PLLC. Many statutory agents charge $120/year or more for this service. My annual fee is only $55 and your first year is FREE!
