I understand.  Maybe you want to think about it a while.  Maybe you don’t have funds available right now.  Maybe your are just not yet ready.  Whatever the reason, if you would like to be “reminded” about having me form an LLC or PLLC for you, simply fill out the following and I will send you an e-mail reminder in 30 days.  In 30 days you may or may not be ready to proceed; its okay, you’ll know when you are ready to proceed and I will be here when you are.

Privacy policy

There are great tax advantages to having an LLC and/or PLLC.  I will form a limited liability company (LLC) for your real estate company or a professional limited liability company (PLLC) for individual licensees (i.e., designated broker, associate broker or salesperson).  These entities are not the same as other LLC’s or PLLCs and must be drafted properly or the Arizona Department of Real Estate will not approve the LLC or PLLC as a licensed entity.

Wherever you are (in Arizona or out-of-state), help will only be a phone call away.  Included in the (tax deductible) fee is one hour of telephonic consultation.  And you may divide up the hour however you like -- one 1-hour call, six 10-minute calls.

Additional time is available at my normal hourly rate.

• ALSO INCLUDED: One year of statutory agent services (a $60 value)

Every LLC and PLLC must have a statutory agent who is authorized to receive service of process for the LLC or PLLC.  Many statutory agents charge $120/year or more for this service.  My annual fee is only $60 and your first year is FREE!
