You will receive a written "Retainer Agreement for Legal Services."  This will entitle you to up to two hours of legal services (a $480 value) for a period of one full year.  You may use the two hours any way you like: one or multiple in-person consultations, one or multiple telephonic conversations or e-mail communications, time spent on specific legal work or research - whatever!**  We keep track of your time.  Your account is only charged for the exact amount of time you use.  Use all or part of your 120 minutes at any time for ONE FULL YEAR.  Additional time, if needed, is provided at a REDUCED RATE.

Most importantly, as a client under the "Retainer Agreement for Legal Services" agreement, you are assured that your opposing party CANNOT hire this Firm and/or Mr. Casler for any matter (including testimony as an expert witness) that is adverse to your interests.

How do I sign-up?  Simply download the "Retainer Agreement for Legal Services" (link below), sign the form, fill out the charge authorization (which will download with the agreement), and fax or mail to the Casler Law Office (fax and mailing address provided on downloaded forms).  You will become a client of the Firm after we acknowledge receipt and do a preliminary "conflict of interest" check (to see if we already represent someone whose interest is already adverse to your interests).  Then you may rest easy, knowing that whenever you have a question, you can quickly get an answer.

** The prepaid legal plan cannot be used to pay for (or in lieu of) flat fee services (i.e., drafting of leases or other documents, evictions, etc.), to pay a past or current Billing Statement, and/or to pay for legal representation in litigation (including past, present or future litigation).
