For professionals (e.g., real estate agents/brokers, property managers,

leasing agents, etc.), I will custom draft a property management agreement

that protects you and clearly defines the rights and obligations for you and for the owner/landlord.  I will meet with you personally or by telephone to gather all the requisite information.  I will then draft a property management agreement specifically for your company, that you may copy and use for multiple properties and/or owners/landlords.  Naturally, I will include contract clauses that favor you (e.g., indemnity, limited damages, waiver of jury trial, etc.).  You will have the opportunity to review the  agreement as many times as you wish before the final version is printed.  I will give you the final version in “hardcopy” and/or in a .PDF form and/or convert it to a program that you use, so you may make adjustments whenever you wish.  When completed, you will be confident in the knowledge that your property management agreement was drafted to protect your interests and that complies with Arizona law.

Help will only be a phone call away (also available via e-mail or fax).  Included in the fee for the property management agreement are two hours of telephonic consultation.  And you may divide up the hour however you like – one 2-hour call, twelve 10-minute calls, 8 faxes, 12 e-mails – whatever!*  Additional time is available at my normal hourly rate.
