FEE SCHEDULE: Owner agrees to pay a statutory agent fee of $55.00 per year (for 1 property; each additional property is $10/year), paid in advance, which will be renewed automatically each year until canceled in writing, plus any fee(s) charged by the county to register the property. The following charges will be due only if applicable: $5.00 for each notice received and forwarded (if any); $10.00 for each court document received and forwarded (if any); actual copying charges, long distance telephone charges, postage and other expenses (if any) will be billed to this account. A billing statement for the next year will be billed sent to owner before the end of the year; owner may pay before the end of the year or by January 15 of the following year, whichever is financially more advantageous for the owner. A late fee of twenty dollars plus eighteen percent interest per annum will charged to all accounts that are not paid by January 15. Owner may cancel services at any time by sending written notice and payment of the balance due (if any) to the Statutory Agent; no proration or refund of prepaid annual fees will be given. The Statutory Agent may resign as the Statutory Agent if payment is not received by February 28. The owner agrees to pay the annual fee, per item fees (stated above), and all other charges stated herein. In the event of nonpayment, owner agrees to pay for attorney's fees, litigation expenses and court costs incurred to collect sums due hereunder or to enforce the terms hereof.
