Biography

I am a solo practitioner and proprietor of Casler Law Office, PLLC. My practice primarily focuses on real estate and contract law, particularly in residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, such as evictions and customized rental agreements. Notably, I authored the Arizona Landlord's Deskbook, now in its sixth edition, along with three other real estate law publications. Additionally, I hold a real estate broker license in Arizona and am certified as a real estate instructor by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

As a solo practitioner, you will always have direct access to me when you contact my office. I prioritize personalized attention to my clients, ensuring that they communicate directly with the attorney handling their case. While there may be occasions when I am in court or meeting with another client, I strive to maintain open lines of communication. If you have a legal matter related to real estate or contracts, please don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email. If I am unable to assist you, I will gladly provide a referral to another qualified attorney who can.
