I am the owner of the Casler Law Office, PLLC. I have been practicing Arizona landlord/tenant law since 1990 (30+ years). My practice focuses exclusively on Arizona landlord/tenant law and I only represent landlords. I will use my many years of experience to seek a favorable result for you.
Solo Practitioner
I am a “solo practitioner” in the truest sense of the phrase. I will handle every aspect of your case. I prepare all of my pleadings, motions and notices. I am the only one who answers my phone. When you call, you will speak directly to me, not a paralegal or junior associate. If I am in court or otherwise unavailable at the time you call, I will promptly return your phone call. If you have a question about your case, your billing statement, etc., I – and I alone – will answer your questions. As you will quickly learn, I am able to offer a level of personal service unparalleled by other law firms.

- My book, the Arizona Landlord's Deskbook, has been in continuous publication since 1992 and the current edition (the 6th edition) is widely used by property managers, lawyers, judges, and other real estate practitioners throughout Arizona.
- I custom-draft residential (and commercial) rental agreements, addenda, amendments, and related documents.
- I handle residential and commercial evictions.
- I handle appeals lost by another attorney or law firm.
I teach Arizona landlord/tenant law:
- I am certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a real estate instructor. I am also licensed as an Arizona real estate broker.
- I am certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Continuing Legal Education instructor.
- I am a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
- Over the past 30+ years, I have given countless seminars, webinars, and continuing education courses about landlord/tenant law to landlords, property managers, real estate brokers, attorneys, and even to judges.
