LLC/PLLC

There are great tax advantages to having an LLC and/or PLLC.  In addition, an LLC is great for asset protection and can eliminate or reduce/limit your liability.

For individuals and investors: I will form a limited liability company (LLC) for your new or existing business.  I will draft the Articles, submit them to the Arizona Corporation Commission, take care of publishing the Articles, provide you with initial documents (i.e., Initial Meeting Minutes, Resolutions, etc.), help you get a Federal Employment Identification Number (EIN), and more.

For real estate professionals: I will form a limited liability company (LLC) for your new or existing real estate company or a form a professional limited liability company (PLLC) for individual licensees (i.e., designated broker, associate broker or salesperson). These entities are not the same as other LLC’s or PLLCs and must be drafted properly or the Arizona Department of Real Estate will not approve the LLC or PLLC as a licensed entity.

ALSO INCLUDED: One year of statutory agent services (a $60 value) and one year Arizona Business Address Service (a $60 value).

Every LLC and PLLC must have a statutory agent who is authorized to receive service of process for the LLC or PLLC.  Many statutory agents charge $120/year or more for this service.  My annual fee is only $60 and your first year is FREE!  An LLC or PLLC must also have a physical street address (not a post office box) in the state of Arizona.  Again, many statutory agents charge $120/year or more for this service.  My annual fee for this additional service is only $60 and your first year is FREE!
